MOVE150 Challenge

Welcome to the National Medical Fitness Week MOVE150 Challenge! The American College of Sports Medicine encourages us to be physically active at least 150 minutes per week.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1) Use a MOVE150 card to track your progress. Blank cards will be at the Courtesy Desk and the Fitness Desk.
2) Complete 150 minutes of activities. Choose a row or column or mix and match activities that add up to at least 150 minutes. Date each box upon completion.
3) Make sure your MOVE150 card is submitted to the Courtesy Desk or Fitness Desk, or email it to RPintang@schosp.org by Sunday, May 19 and you will be entered into a raffle to win one of the prizes listed below. There will be 5 winners!
