Become a success story through Galter LifeCenter's motivating Eat-Move-Lose program! Shed weight, drop inches, reduce blood pressure, improve cholesterol and gain health in this comprehensive group weight loss program designed for people who are overweight or have medical conditions related to weight gain.

We offer a virtual nutrition class (attend via Zoom from the comfort of your own home or office) on Monday evenings and a group workout on Tuesday evenings. You may choose to attend the exercise portion in person (limit 10 people), or virtually via zoom. This hybrid format will allow everyone to sweat together on Tuesdays at 7:15 p.m. Register for the nutrition class or the exercise class or BOTH for the best results! 

Please be sure to select the correct version of exercise: virtual or in-person.
