The workout will combine strength and cardio for an efficient, challenging workout that can be modified for all levels. Class size is limited to 10 participants. Reservations recommended.

To sign up:
1. Login to My Wellness
2. Go to Group Exercise
3. Locate the class you would like to attend
and select enroll

If you sign up and cannot make the class please contact the Courtesy Desk 773-878-9936, ext. 5660 to cancel. 

Can't make these times? Ask a Fitness Specialist for the workout and do it on your own.
