Independent Power Plate Training

After receiving your Independent Power Plate Training Certificate, you can add Independent Power Plate Training time to your account and schedule your own workouts.

There are two ways to purchase Independent Power Plate Training:

  1. Purchase 1 hour for $20 = (4) 15-minute sessions at the Courtesy Desk. These sessions will remain active on your account for 90 days for you to use anytime the Power Plate is available.
  2. Visit our Membership office and upgrade to an Unlimited Membership to receive 1 hour per month =(4) 15-minute sessions. If you are already an Unlimited Member, we’ll add these sessions for free after you’ve received your Independent Power Plate Training Certificate! These sessions will expire every 35 days.

Rules for Independent Power Plate Training:

  • Independent Power Plate Training Packages can only be purchased after you have received your Independent Power Plate Training Certificate.
  • Sessions must be purchased prior to booking.
  • There is a maximum of 2 sessions allowed per day, per participant.

Booking Procedures for Independent Power Plate Training:

  • After you have purchased or added Independent Power Plate Training Sessions to your account, you can reserve independent time on the Power Plate at the Fitness Desk, the Courtesy Desk or with your personal trainer.

If you would like a free demonstration please see a Fitness Specialist at the Fitness Desk.
